Kristal- Office Manager
Meet Kristal Ortiz, our experienced Office Manager and Practice Administrator, who has been an integral part of our team since we opened our doors in 2017. As the friendly face in the office, Kristal excels in various roles that enhance your experience at our practice.
Not only does Kristal expertly go over all your treatment needs, ensuring that you have a comprehensive understanding of your dental care, but she also extends her support by assisting patients in exploring different financing options when needed. Kristal’s unique affinity for dental offices can be traced back to her childhood, where she grew up surrounded by the world of dentistry. Her mother, a dental assistant for over 20 years, made her mom’s dental office an exciting place for Kristal to visit, both as a child and as a patient. It was only natural that Kristal embarked on her own dental career over 27 years ago as a Registered Dental Assistant in New York.
Kristal’s wealth of experience, combined with her genuine passion for patient care, makes her an invaluable asset to our practice. With her guidance and expertise, you can trust that your visit to our office will be nothing short of exceptional.
Ashley- Lead Dental Assistant
Meet Ashley Andrews, our dedicated and compassionate Lead Dental Assistant at Prime Dentistry. Ashley is not only a skilled professional but also a devoted mother of four, including twins and two other children. Her journey into the world of dentistry began as an on-the-job learner, and she has since excelled in her role, earning her dental assisting certificate with our support.
Ashley resides in Fruitland Park with her loving husband and their wonderful kids, and she plays a vital role in our dental team. Dr. Agrawal often humorously refers to her as his “right hand,” highlighting her invaluable support in our practice.
Ashley’s commitment to patient care and her ability to make everyone feel comfortable in the dental chair make her an indispensable part of our team. We are proud to have her at Prime Dentistry, and her warm and friendly demeanor is sure to put you at ease during your visit.
Jimena- Dental Assistant
Meet Jimena, a valued member of our team, serving as a Dental Assistant. Jimena joined our practice two years ago, bringing with her a unique and invaluable background as a Sterile Technician. While her official role may have started as a dental assistant, her previous experience as a sterile tech has added a depth of expertise and precision to her work that sets her apart.

Gabby- Sterile Tech/ Dental Assistant
Meet Gabby, an indispensable member of our dentistry team who serves as a Sterile Technician and Dental Assistant. Gabby’s journey with our practice began with her role as a Sterile Technician, where her meticulous attention to detail and commitment to maintaining a sterile environment have significantly contributed to the overall safety and cleanliness of our dental procedures.
Gabby has also recently been accepted into the dental hygiene program at CF, marking a significant step towards her goal of becoming a hygienist. Her dedication to upholding the highest standards of sterilization and infection control is evident in every aspect of her work.

Bruno- Lab Tech
