What Are “Traditional” Dentures?
We use this term to describe what most people think of as dentures. A full set of replacement teeth that can be placed in your mouth, and then removed, without any kind of anchor. A partial denture can be clipped on to existing teeth and fill the space left by missing natural teeth. Other options include overdentures, where dentures snap on to implants placed in the jawbone; bridges, which use crowns to hold the replacements in place for a couple of missing teeth; and dental implants, which can permanently replace one tooth or many.
Why Custom Dentures?
Whenever you hear about dentures that don’t look like they belong with the person’s face, or make a lot of noise and movement when the person talks, you’re probably talking about economy dentures. These are made cheaply and can do the job, but not well. They can cause soreness and embarrassment and do nothing to keep the mouth healthy over time. As jawbone diminishes, they fit more and more poorly. They wear out faster, too, which sometimes makes them less affordable than they seem.
Custom dentures are designed to fit so well that natural suction holds them in place. They suit your facial structures so you maintain your “look†instead of appearing older and sunken. When they fit right, no adhesive is necessary! They’re also more comfortable. We use high-quality materials to make your dentures in our on-site lab. People won’t even know you’re wearing dentures unless you take them out and show them.

Complete Dentures
Immediate Dentures are the dentures that are placed immediately after natural teeth are extracted. A temporary healing set of dentures is provided on the day natural teeth are extracted and acts as a bandage over the extraction sites. Typically, most patients experience jaw bone shrinkage after the natural teeth are removed. Most of the shrinkage occurs within the first six months, which makes the immediate denture feel very big in mouth, hence patient needing a permanent denture. Our Immediate Prime Denture Package is a great affordable solution that combines both temporary and permanent sets of dentures into one package.
This is a highly cosmetic denture with many different options for your cosmetic taste. This denture is also great for a patient who has difficulty with a denture that often cracks, because if needed then we can add a metal palate for extra reinforcement which gives additional strength to the denture. Highest-quality teeth available in your choice of 27 shades and varying levels of translucency, giving a more natural appearance; detailed gum texture to simulate your natural anatomy. Type of Material: Life-like, gum-colored acrylic that is lightweight and extremely strong, allowing us to make thin, strong, and comfortable dentures. Also we heat process this denture to minimize the porosity in the denture and give its optimum strength.
Partial Dentures
Designed for patients who are missing multiple teeth. Partial dentures are created with high-quality acrylic, and teeth are reinforced with metal framework.
This is a metal-free, highly esthetic partial made using flexible acrylic material, seamlessly blending with your natural teeth.
This partial combines the best of the cast partial denture’s strength and the esthetic partial’s comfort, making it the top-of-the-line partial in our practice.
Implant Over-Denture
Specially designed custom dentures snap onto implants that keep the denture securely in place, allowing better function of denture and eliminating the need for use of a denture adhesive, especially for lower dentures. Dr Dhiren Agrawal who is very experienced in implant surgery and snap on denture procedures can place about 4-6 dental implants on upper arch and 2-4 dental implants on lower arch and then make your dentures to attach to those implants which can be removed by the patient to clean and can be snapped back in place.
Implant over dentures is a more affordable option which costs much lesser than traditional fixed implants. Its possible to do dental implants on patients who are already wearing dentures and also on patients who are needing their teeth removed and replaced with dentures.
Since we are able to perform dental implant services in our own practice, we are able to make dental implants more affordable for our patients. A complete denture supported by 2–4 regular implants significantly improves both denture retention and bone retention. The underlying bone support determines placement and location. This option greatly helps retain bone in the arch, improves chewing efficiency, and improves retention. Many patients find this to be a very good option! This denture can be removed but when in the mouth feels like it is fixed.
We offer three different kinds of denture packages in our practice, based on the needs and wants of our patients.
- Implant Over-Denture with 2 Dental Implants
- Implant Over-Denture with 3 Dental Implants
- Implant Over-Denture with 4 Dental Implants
A complete denture supported by 4–6 regular dental implants. Adding 4–6 implants can greatly improve denture retention and bone retention. If conditions are favorable, a “Palateless” denture can be fabricated. This allows the patient’s tongue to touch the upper palate. This results in greater satisfaction with an upper appliance and is a great advantage for patients who have a severe gag reflex, because it removes any part of a regular denture that would cause problems. Underlying bone support dictates location and placement. This option has significant advantages: it helps retain bone in the arch, improves retention, and improves chewing efficiency. For extra support, it is sometimes recommended to not remove the palate in the denture fabrication. This is something discussed in the dental office with the patient. This denture can be removed but when in the mouth feels like it is fixed.
